About the job
The person will be responsible for managing the monitoring and evaluation process of the organization, to streamline data collection, analysis and reporting of programs.
Data handling:
- Create and manage tools for collection of data (as per the needs to various programs)
- Support and Follow up with Operations teams on data collection
- Sort and clean data
- Analyze data and provide interpretation based reports to program teams
- Create external reports as required by the program teams
Technology integration:
- Identify tech strategies to automate data collection and analysis process
- Working closely with program teams to understand needs of data representation and identifying/ designing tools to that effect
- Use data dashboarding tools to represent data in interactive forms for teams and stakeholders
You should have:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in working with data & technology preferably in the social sector
- Basic tech expertise (coding experience in R or Python would be favorable)
- Academic/education understanding is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to solve complex situations/problems on the spot
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working in high-pressure, goal-driven environments
- Experience having collaborated effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups
Location: Bangalore
Compensation: INR 4.2-4.8 LPA CTC (Negotiable based on experience & fit)
