Job Purpose :
As a Junior Officer in the Manufacturing Department, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and execute the packing activities during a shift. By strictly adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety norms, you will play a vital role in achieving production targets.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Execute shift packing activities efficiently by effectively managing available resources and minimizing machine stoppages, thereby achieving shift targets.
2. Thoroughly review and maintain accurate documentation related to packing activities. Monitor standard packing parameters as per Batch Packing Records (BPR) to meet regulatory requirements.
3. Prepare manufacturing records meticulously and ensure timely updates in online documentation, meeting both production and cGMP requirements.
4. Maintain a vigilant eye on adherence to safety guidelines within the block during a shift, creating a secure and hazard-free working environment for all packing activities.
5. Provide regular training and guidance to staff and workmen involved in packing activities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering high-quality products.
6. Encourage innovation and process simplification to reduce process cycle time, facilitating the achievement of new targets and enhancing overall efficiency.
Required Education Qualification:
Candidates should hold a B. Pharm. or B. Sc. degree in Chemistry to be considered for this role.
Relevant Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in packing, coupled with knowledge of handling Quality Management System (QMS) activities and related documentation, is preferred. This experience will enable you to adapt quickly to the role’s demands and contribute effectively to the manufacturing process.
