Job Purpose
Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products? Cipla, one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies, is seeking a talented individual to join their Quality division in Kurkumbh, Maharashtra. As a Junior Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to execute the analysis of allocated samples, producing reliable and reproducible results. This is a crucial role in maintaining compliance with microbiological quality parameters and predefined specifications and standards.
Accountabilities
I. Sample Analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing samples based on work allocation, ensuring that they meet the service level agreement. Any errors, abnormal observations, or non-compliances related to procedures, equipment, and instruments must be reported promptly to facilitate timely corrective actions and avoid delays in product releases.
II. Thorough Documentation: Accurate and meticulous documentation is essential. You’ll need to document entries, raw data, and findings concomitantly in relevant test data sheets. This meticulous record-keeping ensures efficient review by the lab quality assurance team and prevents missed entries.
III. Equipment Maintenance: In the event of instrument or equipment breakdowns, you will be responsible for evaluating and documenting these issues. Your role includes suggesting mechanisms to prevent such breakdowns in the future.

B.Sc in Microbiology

2 years of experience in Microbiology
