Position: Production Monitor
Job Purpose:
Oversee and execute production operations within a designated area during the assigned shift, ensuring adherence to cGMP and safety standards to attain production objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Manage production activities during the shift, optimizing available resources to meet production targets.
II. Ensure adherence to established process parameters outlined in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and supporting documents, maintaining product quality and achieving production goals.
III. Prepare manufacturing records and update online documentation to fulfil production and cGMP prerequisites.
IV. Enforce safe operational procedures and promote the utilization of safety equipment throughout production shifts to establish a secure work environment.
V. Coordinate production activities during the shift, efficiently managing available resources to achieve production targets.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
