Position reporting to: Senior Lead – Impact and Learning
Job Purpose
- Operationalize and enhance technology platforms for data management.
- Prepare, clean, and manage program-related data, and ensure data completeness, uniformity, accuracy, and consistency in the data.
- To regularly communicate with team/stakeholders and ensure data accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize and manage a robust technology platform to host, exchange, manage and showcase data across all functions of the foundation
- Enrich the technological platform by system enhancement from time to time to meet objectives and expectations
- Comprehend the requirements of the users and coordinate with the developers to enhance the system
- Create data structures/flows along with the developers to accommodate the users’ requirement
- Enhance the user experience and increase efficiency by identifying and operationalizing the full potential of the system
- Create dynamic dashboards for smooth accessibility of the data and handling of internal and external regular data requests
- Analyze data to respond to data requests in a timely manner
- Track and update the completeness and accuracy of data in the system
- Strengthen and operate the query resolution and change management system along with the priority matrix
- Ensure the platform is ready to accommodate any mandatory updates by the provider, track the updates and ensure system preparedness for it
Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer science, IT, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Social sciences, etc.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in handling CRMs for grantmakers, data management, and M&E in the social sector.
- Hands-on experience in Technology platform development and implementation from scratch.
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau, Python, Microsoft Office etc.
- Experience in working on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, M&E, Research, or Computer fields will be an added advantage
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Knowledge of and experience in spreadsheet and large database management work.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
