Eligibility:
Post Graduation or equivalent in Management, Social Sciences (preference would be given to Psychology, Sociology), Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Statistics. Candidates pursuing Doctoral Programs/Ph.D. can also apply if their programs allow taking up full-time work. Candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks throughout.

Job Profile:
To assist IIM Calcutta Faculty members in their academic endeavours in the manner as directed by the respective faculty.
Remuneration:
A monthly consolidated stipend of Rs. 34,000/- will be paid. Stipend will be revised annually based on performance as per Institute rules.

Tenure:
The duration of engagement will be made initially for one year which could be extended annually by up to two more years on the basis of performance and requirements of the Institute.
